Thread: Irresponsible Guwahati City Airtel Customer Care service.

    Default Irresponsible Guwahati City Airtel Customer Care service.

    Dear sir,
    This is to inform u that a complaint has been registered in Guwahati Airtel Customer care,(Tele no :03612735559 )on 1st Sept,which has not been sorted out till date.When today i called up again abt the Problem,they are unable to say anythg abt the Complain.As well as after asking them abt my Customer Complain no,they are hasitating to provide me the same.
    The Problem was i m getting an ERROR B001 while i Power ON my SET TOP.


    So pls help in this regard.

    Post Fraudulent activity and frequently deduction of mobile balance with the name of Download & onlinepu

    Sir.
    We faching lot of trouble for unwanted deduction, from airtel mobile service .they said onlineshoping or download & frequently such type of deduction from mobile balance my self several time request to stop such .type of Froud we needy people to avoid thes type of incident & they credit back.
    On-19-12-2012 at about 06.00 o'clock Airtel deduction Rs-40/- we talk with Manager /airtel .Mr.s.sen said we can't do anything,
    We. Helpless please look into the matter and try to stop such pe of Froud by Airtel mobile service at guwahati save the needy people of guwahati.

    Default Irresponsible service

    Dear,

    This is very shameful for me to tell you that Airtel customer service is unrespectable and very pathetic. I have purchases a Airtal internet connection (SIM NO -8811038109) for my own use on 12.01.2013 but from the day I received your internet connection I was unable to use the internet because of some technical default because they have provided me a damage Sim card. I have called their customer care, though their response is remarkable but useless and at the same phase one of your customer relationship personnel called me up on 15.01.2013 and ask me to come at their customer relation premises stamp me with wrong address. I called their personnel immediately when I was unable to locate their office, at that point of time he connected the line to a lady who has supposed to give the address which was actually closed at that day. Somehow I manage to collect the address of your Airtel relationship office and I was shocked that your office is closed. I called up the personnel ,he told me to come to their regional or district office which is located at opposite side and around 4 to 5 k.m. from there, where I was standing at that point of time . Please justify are they not niggling the customer who is actually using your product.

    Default Pathetic Airtel Service

    Sir,
    My Airtel 3G dongle stopped working after 4 months of purchase (Data Card Connection No. 8811014141, IEMI No. 354369049588925). I took it to Airtel Relationship Office at GS Road, Guwahati on 12.06.2013. They asked me to go to their authorised service center. They said that the dongle is not repairable and sent it to Kolkata to get a replacement. Even after more than 22 days the replacement has not arrived. The people at the Airtel Relationship Office refused to cooperate and tried to shake me off. They told me to go and meet their Nodal Officer, but did not tell where I can find him. The people at the so-called service center made me wait for good 30 minutes before telling me the replacement has not arrived.
