I am not receiving any feedback from Customer care. I have bought 2 connections
Primary Smartcard no 200570179**
Secondary Smart card no 200570179**
Both the connections are installed at same address and in same dish antena. I am not getting 50% discount on my secondary connection. Customer care is unable to provide any solution & asking to contact Dealer. When contacted Dealer, he says to contact Customer Care. Its been 8 months now & most of the Time calls are been hanged up by Customer Care…
Another concern is I have given activation request of Premium Pack (6 mnths) on 12 Aug for both of my connections. Premium Pack is activated only on my Primary connection & in that also some channels like Ten Sports are not been given. When contacted Customer care, they reply saying Packs have changed currently. I dont know what they mean...If I have paid for 6 mnths then why channels are not been provided......
Latest call Wednesday 16th September,2009 20:56 PM has been kept on hold for more than 30 minutes and then hanged up….
Pls suggest what do i do now?

I had a similar complaint. I also have 2 DTH connections and I did not get the rebate of 50%. Thereafter after several email protests the company has said to have adjusted the excess contribution against my future charges and told me that my next recharge is due on d day. They also regretted the error to the comuter misprogramming which I refuse to believe. I thereafter asked them for an account as to how they had adjusted the excess charges also how my two unjustified disconnection periods due to their ngligence was adjusted and compensated for. Till date there is no reply. I have sent repeated reminders. But invain. Now recently they have shifted me from chosen plan to another plan in which some other channels are being shown and those I had chosen are blanked out. I feel they cannot do this unilaterally without my explicit written consent. Pl advise.
technical problem bata kar aap sub ko bevkuf bana rahe or jab c care ph karo to fraction of seconds mai ager aapne 12 digit ka code enter nahi kar paye try &try again,20-25 bar try karne ke baad c.care baat ho jati hai to koi result nahi nikalta bus ye bol diya jata hai ki aape sabhi channal 15 min. mai aajayege per condition wahi ki wahi rehti hai.
mera card no hai 200910261131..teen mahine ka subscription free bola tha or 4 bar sabhi channel gayab ho chuke hai ,kuch hi ginti ke channel aarahe hai ,
