Dear ALL,

I would like to warn al the potential consumers about Reliace big tv.

Its problems and only problems...

Customer care does not answer and toll free no does not work.

You can never speak to the executive AND the IVR will only keep prompting stupid questions..like invalid smart card no..........

My problem is that i am not able to sit front of big tv due to its poor & lazy service.

last one month i am paying to reliance without service.

no body there to look into this..
