from Day one of the installation(26th Sep 2009) I am finding problem, My
Customer code and customer code appearing on the screen is not matching.

I have called many times to your customer service but no one is resolving
my problem. I am unable to view the channels of my choice. Customer care
says that all the requested channels are shown as activated for my STB but
I am unable to view the same in my Tv/STB.

There was a call from your office and it was told that your technical team
will come and change the STB, but no one has turned.

I have raised many complaints but without resolving the same, I am
getting SMS as resolved.(Check my complaint no.) Even few persons mobiles
are available but no one is taking the calls if I call second time. The
Engg visited my house and told that he cannot do any thing as it is not
his preview.

The customer service is only there to get the recharge and only the
activity which will generate income to Airtel. Customer support is big
Zero.

I am able to get the customer service lines after 15 -20 minutes and after
getting the line they are telling me to call after half an hour, the
system is not working etc.
