Airtel DTH service disrupted Hi,
My Airtel DTH service has been disrupted due to weak signal strength since 30th July. Have lodged numerous complaints with airtel customer care but have not seen the service engineer yet. The reference numbers of the complaints are 21371742, 21460008, 21496712, 21529032, 21597356, 21653979, 21833393, 21928489. I have also escalated the complaints to area manager for airtel DTH but still nothing has been done about it.
A complaint with airtelpresence has also been raised with reference number - DT081000029.
I would like to know how airtel is going to compensate for the daily burn rate and the account validity period.

Airtel disrupted service complaint ID No.3011039927 error codeB001 Sir
My recent Airtell DTH service went often disrupted. My ID No. is 3011039927. I bought the connection from cuddalore service provider. But the have not issued me any bill for the new connection Hence Iam unable to provide any receipt number. Kindly initiate action to resolve the problem from your local service provider.
