    Angry Airtel Digital TV Connection

    Hi,
    I have ordered an Airtel Digital TV as per the scheme received from Sony Bravia. The airtel team states that they would come for the installation as per the timeline provided but never turned up even after repeated calls. This is the second day i have received an information that the engineer would visit for the installation at a particular time as they do not work after 6pm IST. I have to personally call them to check if they are coming as there is no courtesy call from their end for any delays.
    This seems too frustating as they seem not to be interested in providing support for the installation of such a prestigous brand.

    Let's see if they turn up today as per their intimation they have specific timings to work which is really amusing.
