    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    i am use TataSky with ID No. 1013541329
    i am suffring from NO SIGNAL last five days from tatasky
    i call to customer care three-four times in a day from 21-sept-09 to onwards....
    no response , my problem still as it is , I AM AN ABLE TO SEE T.V from LAST FIVE
    DAYS...
    what is my fault i don i don't know..
    the coustomer care excutive daily said - i forwarding your request , what that
    means...daily ragistered request, but no action yet to be taken ..

    do the needfull.. Very Very Soon...

    Dear Mr. Sharma,

    To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.
