I have bought (26th Sep 09) SunDirect DTH festival offer (Shine Rs.925/- 10 Month, bill no. 807).
I have paid total Rs.1250/- Installation+activation charges
and Rs. 925/- for the subscription Shine Pack -10 month subscription. at 8:00 PM.
Installation engineer told me that it will be activated with in 1:30 hrs and instructed me to keep it continuously on for 1:30 hrs.
But when it did not got activated till 9:30 PM and then i re-contacted. They started making stories. I kept on talking to Distibutor/Service Engineer/Installation Engineer to get it working till 11:00 PM. Even then the after that i have been told that your card is been activated. but I was unable to get any channel for viewing.
When i checked online regarding subscription details - I found that they have cheated me - the web site was showing that subscription details as
Shine Pack + 6 month subscription of worth Rs. 525/- (where as I have bought 10 month Subscription of worth Rs. 925/-)
this shows that sales people have cheated me. I am still waiting see even a single channel on my newly bought SunDirect DTH (12:33 AM 27 Sep 09)

I would like to proceed with Cheating + Mental harassment case on the SunDirect/Distributor.
Please let me know if any thing additional required from my side to proceed further. I do have all original bills with me.
