dear all, i am using airtel DTH sine three year, from installation to till date every time i got worst service from airtel service egg. now they are taking my an ordeal sine last five days. Company had sent an egg to change satelite without inform me to my home & changed satelite but that time DTH is not working. The eng told me that it will be start afetr 1/2hrs if not call him & gave me his personal cont. no. after 4 hrs i try to call him but niether call attend or call back by egg. i had called customer care they told me your complent will be solved by tomorrow moring by 12 o clock. but many time called to customer care, higher authority but didn't resolved my problem & fourth day gave me his reginal manager no, i called him same answer got. today is 5th day but so far my complent is not solved by AIRTEL DTH. Request you to please look in to the matter & help me.
