I have purchased a HCL Computer which was with 3 yrs of warranty as also
mentioned in the bill by the dealer. The delear told that all the necessary
documents are clear and the computer will be in the warranty for 3 yrs.
But to our surprice when I called for a repair in the computer, they told me
that there is no such information about the sale of this system. I gave them
all the necessary documents and confirmed about the purchase of the same.
Then they told me that the copmputer is not in warranty.

We have been cheated by the dealer.they have installed non hcl parts in our computer.inspite of making so many phone calls they are not taking any initiative.they have charged a higher price than of the actual cost. Economic damage along with mental tension.

I am residing in Dehradun. I bought a HCL Computer from Dehradun. My 17" monitor was
creating a problem, I have done the complaint in HCL Customer Care. They registered
my complaint dated 29/10/09 complaint No. 29A090501. HCL Authorized Service Centre
M/s Anu Enterprises, 182, Panditwari, Phase-II, Dehradun Ph. 0135-3209108 took
my monitor dated 4/11/2009 after reparing the monitor return to me dated 24/11/2009
but they don't return me my monitor BASE/STAND. Many times I remember him or phone
call but they don't give response and not return my BASE/STAND. Please do the
necessary action.
