I have purchased Desktop HP 6710 In from Initiative data system,Singar Nagar Alambag Lucknow on 26 -2 -2009.They have given me an offer of Plinter and UPS which they delivered to me after 6 month of purchase i.e. on 7-9-09. Initially their service engneer came to my residence and he has assembled my machine and loaded required sotwares and games etc.Since they have not delivered printer at that time ,they have given me oral assurence that they will load and install my printer as soon as I receive it,later on,free of cost.Today they are saying that if you want to get the printer installed,it will be a paid service.
I want my printer installed,onsite, free of cost.

I HAVE PURCHASED A ASSEMBELED P.C. FROM M/s. DEVINE COMPUTER SERVICES, B.P.ROAD, 8-SHAKTI DHAM APPARTMENT CABIN ROAD, BHAYANDER ( EAST) PH : 022-28189677 / 28142823, ONE YEAR BACK. I AM FACING OPERATING PROBLEMS DUE TO HARDWARE RELATED PROBLEMS. I AM TRYING TO GET SERVICES FROM THE MENTIONED SUPPLIER, BUT I AM NOT GETTING THE SERVICES IN THE DESIRED TIME. MANY TIMES MY PHONE CALLS ARE NOT ATTENDED. IN CASE IF IT IS ATTENDED I AM GETTING A FALSE COMMITMENT. SOME TIMES IF THEY ARE ATTENDING THE PROBLEM, IT IS LEFT HALF THE WAY. PAST MORETHAN 15 DAYS I AM STRIVING TO GET SERVICES BY MY REQUEST IS NOT ATTENDED.
