Yesterday i brought computer from local store and while purchasing the sales guy told that one i am getting is built with intel i3 second generation chipset.Later when checked with other shop i found that what actually i got is a intel i3 first generation chipset.


Also the price with which i got intel i3 chipset is above price what others are offering.I have bill receipt with amount so how i need proceed with this


1.I want to logde complaint against sales guy for selling with false information.
2.Also i want to take action for selling at higher price than other shops.


Please advice me on how to proceed.
