    Default HCL Service Issue..

    Hi,
    i am regular custmer for HCL, I have logged the complaint For Our Machine No. 5074AZ480758 ON Dated 30.06.2009 with complaint no. 300608, Call Attended by engineer 02.07.09 and reported that there is a problem on SMPS, so he carried with him the same to HCL. On dated 11.07.2009 after so many requests engineer came again and installed the SMPS. This day made a new story of fault on Main Board. So he carried the main Board also to HCL on same day. after some time I got the call from HCL that “The Board has burned and replacement will chargeable”. In this case I would also like to inform you that, last time while engineer had visited to my office on 02.07.09, there was problem only with SMPS. If board has burned , how it is possible because we are using HCL Provided SMPS. Which we got time to time on complaint. It was the 5th time of SMPS complaint for this particular System (detail mentioned below). Here is no power fluctuation problem in our premises, if any power issue occurred how other 50 HCL Machines are working on same environment.

    1. 270111 27.01.09 For SMPS
    2. 300102 30.01.09 For SMPS
    3. 150404 15.04.09 For SMPS
    4. 300608 30.06.08 For SMPS
    5. 300608 11.07.09 For Main Board.

    Now HCL is saying that Borad has brunt its my mistake. but board has brunt due to unmanged power from SMPS which have changed by hcl 4 time in 6 month.

    in this regards i have already Mail to concerm HCL prsonnal, but we not getting any proper reply. find the attached mail (Outlook Mail Msg.) for your reference.

    Respected Sir,

    I am using HCL laptop from from last 2 years. My laptop model nos: Y20 AMD, Serial Nos: 4074AX453861. My laptop is under AMC. First time i summitted my laptop with cracking nose in speaker on 19/12/08,to HCL towers, plot No 360, Marol Milertery road, Near Tata rechard garrage, Marol, Andheri East Mum 59. The consine enginer is Mr. Suraj Poojary, Mr. Sharma And Mr. Jitendra Mishra.They Said part is not available and they will call give. After many follow up with them again i resummitted my laptop on 20/11/2009 with same reasons, but till date they ahve not given my latop saying that still part is not available. It is passed 2 months but still thay are not reaplying or giving my laptop. My job sheet nos is: 5305011372.
