I want to withdraw the attention of India Govt . to take the suitable against DELL as DELL is running the Scam along with the shop keeper in India . Here is the summary of my complaint :

I have purchased DELL desktop from Infocare Digital System Pvt Ltd , C/O Wipro Infotech ,A-39 ,Sector -22 , Great India Palace , Noida as on 20-12-2011 . The product has been on warranty on 3 years with free replacement . But on the 3rd day itself the Desktop has stopped functioning and still from the last 1 month no one has attended the complaint from DELL / or the above mentioned shop owner .

My delivery Note number is : 3401055422887

This is the fraud that the shop keepers has been running with DELL as the desktop that I have purchased is looks to be very much old and malfunctioned . They have duped me of Rs 45,000/-

Even the DELL Support personals are not attending the complaints . DELL is running the frauds in INDIA .
