I had purchased lenovo Z370 on 23 Feb 2012 from Digitus Electronics Pvt Ltd, Nehru Place, New Delhi .
Within 8 months, I started facing problem as processing used to continue on shutting down the laptop. I took it to your appointed franchise service agency Park Network, Noida,U.P . On diagnosis, I was informed that its hard disk had crashed and needed replacement. As a customer, it came as a bolt as got worried for my stored precious data. As usual, I was told to retrieve data at my own for which I paid Rs 3000 to third party. In addition, I got disturbed by the fact that presumed of each and every notebook goes thru' meticulous quality check at your international standard manufacturing unit and pass through rigorous QC inspection before reaching to retailer. As a hapless customer, I had to agree for Hard disk replacement (within warranty period) in November 2012.
Within 2 months, again I have faced same problem and again reported by Park Network that Hard disc has again crashed and needs replacement.
Here I would like to inform you that the warranty of my laptop is getting over on 23 Feb 2013. Within 10 Month the hard drive has crashed twice. The only solution that the service center is giving is of a hard drive replacement. As they are not willing to find the root cause of the problem.
I made a request to Lenovo for a full replacement of the machine which they have put down with no convincing answer.
Kindly help me for a new piece as my laptop has crashed twice within the warranty period
