Dear Sir, I purchased a monitor model code as LB17LS7LK/XTP WITH NO. AS LB17HHAL315727 MODEL NAME samsang sync master 7935 (Black) , manufacturing date March 2006 in the month september 2006 . From the date of installing the computer a vertical row appeared on the monitor. I approached the vendor viz, JUPITER COMPUTERS WITH E-MAIL id as mail:jupiterjpr@gmail.com (Ashutosh Mittal) , jawahar nagar jaipur. where he suggested me to take the monitor to the service centre and they will get the solution of your problem. I approached the service centre which was located at Civil lines, Jaipur, but after verifying the complaint they suggested that it is not a major fault, it will soon vanish. The fault didn,t vanished but continued. I again approached the service centre but the reply was same. I at least approached four times but I was told the same story and neither the article was entered in ay book at the time of entry of at the time of despatch which was done within an hour. The fault has now changed into a major fault and the verticle line has now developed into a sprinkle as if something is spraying out of it. Since the warrenty period is over now and I am having no option to write to you so that you may please arrange to depute a person who will assess the frequency of the fault so that it may not prove fatal. The present address of the vendor is as F-49, ist. Floor, Raiser Plaza, while as the old address is as 2/660,jawahar nagar, jaipur. I hope you will look into the matter and help me before any untowards gets happened as i feel I am not at fault as i had approached the seervice centre a many times regarding the problem.
