i have purchase new laptop in which one gb RAm is missing although 3 gb ram is mentioned in the product accessories list. i have called up in customer care center no: 1860 1800 425 the behaviour of the representative was frurtratating. Plz suggest me i want to take action against them and the complaint registered by them is no is:8400057903
they wil dragged this issue for long but want resolution asap.i really regret to purchase this laptop plz guide me for this issue.
