Dear Sir/Mam,


I purchased a all in one touch screen system sr. no-Ad1v 0021 from your Nehru Place, New Delhi dealer (S.S.D.N Infosolutions) on 19 Oct' 11. Their was some problem in mouse & some other problem but from then i m continuously follow up but their is no response & 2nd thing is that they offered us a free Data card with system but that is still pending & they are not agree to give any satisfactory response to me. I m still waiting for that Data card which is included in desktop cost.
I think it is not good for Hcl goodwill, so plz take it seriously & take necessary step as we have to follow up like a beggar.
