I had purchased a desktop PC from a shop " Kalka Infosys " when i had problem with LCD of Samsung , i contacted samsung they told me it was a import product and not covered under warranty. when i approached Kalka Infosys with this issue , they refused to accept that the LCD screen was even purchased from them please suggest what should i do now.
