Dear sir/madam I have purchased a desktop of HCL in 2008 and serial no-9084A2102086. It has 3 year onsite warranty. I have filed a complaint regarding my DVD writer in april(complaint id-8400002585),and i have called in customer care to resolve my problem but nobody has visited my site. Whenever i called them their CCEs were just giving me assurance that my problem will be resolve very soon, but it never happened. In august my call id was closed without my information and when i again called in care their executive generated me another call id-8400032698. On 1 sept a engineer has visited my site and took away my DVD and assured me that i would get a new one within 10 days but they again cheated us and given back my DVD after 19 days. And after 2 days DVD started problem again and again an engineer came and check DVD and aassured me to give a new one but it again not happened yet.
