Dear sir,
i have purchased a hcl notebook from future bazar on 24.11.2011. Since last month, its charging port is not working, i had filed a complaint in hcl on 24.09.2011 (complaint no- 8400045765). Since 24.09.2011 i have called up hcl nearly 35-40 times, till date their is no response from their side, although their customer care executives doesn't reply properly.
The product is under warranty. Plz tell me where i have to go against this unfare attitude of hcl.
Plz reply me accordingly.
