I have purchase a new HCL DESKTOP COMPUTER on 12-08-2011 from "Computer Zone, Shop No. 7A, Sher Singh Place, Near Choudhary More, Ghaziabad. Serial Number of my desktop computer is 5113AC172075 and Product code is AC2V0121 and Product Description is "EZEEBEE L A330 TRU. I have complaint to HCL customer Care many times on this number 0120-2406105 and they provide me this complaint number 84000C1215 and promise me to send their engineer within 48 hrs. But there was no any engineer visit after 15 days then I call back again on same number and they told me that my call has finished without engineer visit so now they are again registering my call and again they provide me this complaint number as 8400036747. I called them at 05:07 PM at 05/09/2011. They again promise me for engineer visit till 07/09/2011. But I am still waiting for engineer.
Please help me regards this and I hope that you will revert me soon and will help me that what I can do in this matter against HCL LTD.
