Complaint Against HP and Croma Retail Dear Sir,
We have purchased a HP Desktop Computer from Croma Retail – Lower Parel before two months.
And it is under 1 year company warrantee and also we taken 2 years croma warrantee to pay extra.
Now we are facing the problem in the LCD moniter from last one month. And we called more than 100 times at HP and Croma, nobody is replying.
So now we want to file a case against them.

Dublicate Product Recevied from Croma I have Purchased a Digital Camera from Croma Malad center he has given me the wrong information about the camera and the service.
I have received duplicate rechargeable batteries from Croma Malad center I have given the compliant to Croma Malad center but he is not giving me the proper response as my frnds hope you will help me.

Insolent behaviour, damaged product, bad service from Croma I purchased a refrigerator and an Air-conditioner from the Croma Store in Gurgaon on Monday, 10th May. Whilst the A/c arrived in acceptable condition, the refrigerator was damaged on delivery.
I called the personnel at the store, a day later on Wednesday, 12th May, and demanded an explanation, to which I got an unsatisfactory technical excuse, which tantamount to not accepting responsibility for a manufacturing defect. No Croma personnel called me in the meantime to offer an apology and re-assurance that the product would be delivered soon without a hitch.
I received a replacement refrigerator on Wednesday, which was again damaged. I went to the store and met the store manager, who offered his apology and economic compensation, which I declined. Instead, I acquired the contact details of Avinash Pereira, designated personnel based in Mumbai. I was assured that the product would be checked for defects and delivered to me at the desired time.
Last evening, I reached home well in time to receive the product, which didn't turn up at the time promised. Following this, my wife contacted the store personnel several time, who weren't able to offer a solution, and, after some time, stopped taking our calls. I contacted Avinash, who managed to get the store manager to call me.
What ensued is the most blatant abuse of a consumer's rights to reliable and trustworthy service from an organisation the size and stature of Tata Industries.
During the course of the conversation, the store manager shouted at me with unsavoury expressions such as "Who the hell do you think you are? Have you bought the entire Croma store?" and some more.
I am yet awaiting a resolution to this matter, which I was assured of by Avinash.

Croma Center - Adhoc discount to Tata group Emplyees Recently we visited to Croma Bhayander(W) branch to purchase a Sumasung washing machine. MRP of the product was somewhere around Rs.8600 and discounted price of the machine was Rs. 8300 as displayed on the plank card.
After bargaining sales person agreed to sell at Rs. 8000/-.
Being a Tata group employee, we were entitled to get 2.5% off on the bargained price. To our amusement the sales manager taotally refused to give us discount of 2.5%.
As per him, you can only get the 2.5% discount on price of Rs. 8300 and not on the bargained price of Rs. 8000.
Inspite of the fact that we had bought a mobile phone 4 months back from the same Croma center and they gave us discount of 2.5% on bargained price. Now he is totally refusing saying we do not give 2.5% discount on bargained price and when we asked him to look at Croma database for this transaction, he is not able to find that transaction.
I am not able to understand then what is the difference being a Tata group employee and non Tata group emplyee.
The price of the product comes to almost same if Croma do not provide 2.5% discount on bargaianed price to Tata group employee.
I am very disappointed to see the adhoc nature of of above practise. 4 month back you give doscount on bargained price and now you totally deny that there has something occured in the past.
We had been redirceted from on person to another for getting discount of 2.5% on Tata employee ID card and finally there is Chandrakant Sharma (supposed to be manager- who did not do anything but to give his boss email id for escalation), who after 30 min. of discussion agreed to give in writing that he can not give discount of 2.5% on a plane paper, but after talking to hiiisss manager(too much heirarchy), he totally refused to provide anything on writing. And challenged us to go to any level to escalate above issue.
We wasted 1 hour only on getting the 2.5% discount from one person to another and be seeing their behavior am not sure they follow the Tata code of conduct.
I am not sure, the extent to which these kind of people will take the Tata name further by behaving these way to another Tata group employee, forget about non Tata group employee.
I hope somebody from Sen. management will take this to his/her notice and stop this adhoc transactions & behaviour.

I also purchased a digital camera from croma center, They provide very good information and told 1 year free services from any croma center. After two month camera's flash is not working properly. When I went in another croma center they told me flash of camera is duplicate, and not giving any response.

Sony Digicam submitted to Croma Thakur mall and didn't get any feeback or reply Hi,
I have purchased a Sony cybershot digicam from Croma Retail – Thakur Mall near Dahisar check naka on 6th Feb 2010 and it is under 3 year company warrantee.
Now I found lot of problems with the digicam and I called more than 100 times at Croma shop,customer care etc nobody is replying.
So i called to the croma dahisar and have words with the store manger(Ravinder and Spanesh) and each and every time they are giving me excuse like rain is going on,person is gone for lunch,manger is on leave,he is with other customer etc etc and Ravinder told me the problem is with the cam like software and some partes is not installed on it and we will replace it and he is suposse to give me a call on 7th August 2010 and let me know when i have to go there to collect the digicam after replacement,but i didn't get any call from there side till now.
So now I want to file a case against them.

deduction of double money on bying croma mixture g TO The oic i bought one croma mixture grinder CRAK4116 from croma retail pacific mall gaziabad on 4th october 2011. I HAVE PAID THROUGH SBI DEBIT CARD.UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO TWICE SCRATCHING, DOUBLE THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND I ALSO COMPLAINED TWICE IN THE SHOP AS WELL TO CUSTOMER CARE .I HAVE BEEN ASSURED TO GET BACK MONEY WITHIN ONE MONTH AS THE MONEY GOES TO SUSPENSE ACCOUNT .BUT AS ITS ALREADY MORE THAN ONE MONTH I COULDNT GET ANY FEED BACK. Pathetic & poor customer service Hi,
I wanted to share my experience with Croma Retail at Bangalore Royal Meenakshi Mall & writing this mail with deep regret and anguish were me & my family visited on 17th Nov-11 @ 7pm to purchase a microwave ,waited for some time as their were large number of staff but all the staff were busy on their chit chatting , however after looking at few brands we ourselves eventually made a choice for purchasing LG brands worth of 14860/- Red color which was displayed , Finally my wife tried couple of times as we had spend more then 50mins & had to rush back home , we went up the cash counter & asked cashier that we have selected a microwave & need your help to bill the same , the cashier politely responded back by saying , kindly wait for some time , I will send some one to assist you , my wife replied , they all are seems to be busy chit chatting , can you help us…. Later a crew approached us & final the box piece was bought , I insisted to open the box, the crew replied , not to worry sir I have checked it from my side it is the same red piece which you have selected , but I further insisted to double check , we were surprised it was black in color & we had asked for red, the crew replied we have no stock of red , I insisted further can you check your stock level or other stores, the crew replied we have no stock , if you need you can buy from outside, Finally I asked for a display piece for a discounted price , which crew had to take internal approval from a concern store managers, we patiently waited for other 20mins & the final price was reduced by 500/-rs, well I went up the cash counter for a EMI option , by my luck finance person was on weekly off, the cashier asked me to come tomorrow as it is not possible today ,
I again visited the store on 18th Nov @ 6pm , enquired at the counter , finance person is on leave today also can you Pls come tomorrow , However I left my contact num & asked the crew to call me tomorrow once is back to work.
Next afternoon at 4:27pm I got a call from croma meenakshi mall, Dear Jeetu you had booked a microwave with us , can you conform what time are you coming , I replied is you finance person Anand is available at the counter as I was trying to reach him since morning & he is not responding my calls , the crew replied he is very much available today, let me know by what time can you come , I told him I will be their by 7pm,
I called up my wife & asked her to reach store by 7pm as she also wanted to purchase washing machine, reached at 7:15 along with my wife, to my notice hardly any customer was in the store & the whole team was busy chatting, asked at the counter? can you tell me were is Anand , O sir he left the store @ 5pm as he is not well , I narrated the entire story of last 2days , but the boy at the counter was help less & was keen to help me on my purchase & walked towards store manager , after 15mins he recommended me to contact customer service desk for further assistance , forcefully I had to again narrate the entire 3days experience, he asked me to wait as I need to me the store manager , finally a store manager came & we had to again narrate the entire episode , and trust we got a simple fake apology from him & asked us to come tomorrow.
Trust I was a fool for trusting a convenient shopping as I stay were close by to meenakshi mall, To hell with croma brand , I had this experience couple of month back when I had purchased croma brand LCD 42” & had to wait for 4day to get the delivery done with so many follow-ups , ask for store Manager he is busy in meeting & we cant reach him , Pls throw a manager out if he so irresponsible & cant handle the situation.
I have been a regular patron at your Brigade road store from last 2yrs as most of the purchases has been - I Phone , Motorola mobile, Kodak Camera , Fridge, vacuum cleaner & x box & had no problem , but the store at meenakshi mall team has a serious problem on ignoring customer.
I really don’t know, what type of quality benchmarks are you following during the course of your manufacture. You are literally taking the Indian Customer for a ride without adhering to any quality benchmark/standards. I feel your Croma is just a show piece with high pricing and with no quality, and is no more better than an ordinary electronic store where there is no quality at all. Please introspect and take necessary action and these things are not repeated. Customers like me will always vouch for quality. Time is not far, if you start facing legal action for your pathetic quality and scant, I am so disappointed that I totally spent 3days which I could I always picked from any local competitor. Which are far better then you all, I Only one lesson learnt, if I ever start a place, I will invest on training the customer facing people and making the branch manager accountable for quality and alignment to company brand marketing.
Loss of time
Loss of energy & mental piece (as I wanted a convenient shopping….. near??? )
Trust I will never again step in any cromo stores in my dreams!!!! Pathetic & poor customer service
I don't know whether you will bother about this feedback. But if you have every cared to care for your patrons, I would like to believe that you will respond.

Bajaj food processor is making much noise and lid I bought a food processor in Croma retail marathahalli on 27th evening...Bajaj demon person came on 29th he opened and explained abt the product. That time it made much sound. he explained that it is due to empty jar. Later I tried only yesterday to grind rice that time it made much sound. coz of the sound I took of my hand then all that splashed out. Lid s not closing while running.
No one explained about all these default...
Since I used only one time. I called immediately to the store and complained(30th) they asked me to return..
Today I returned the product to the store ..they are telling they won't exchange.

Regarding the complaint for missing motion remote Dear All Concern ,
With reference to above mention subject we have purchased a LG LED TV model no is LW5700 42” CINEMA 3D SMART TV. WITH THE BILL NO SLF02A023020004272 DT 04-12-201 TIME 8;-16PM from Croma Centre, Greater Noida, on 4th December Sunday.
Next day when the product reached my place the delivery man gave us a pen drive which was not packed it was opened and empty, because we were told that it will be loaded with 3D movies.
After that Mr. Tanu (09555531291)Technician for installation of LED came for installation when he opened the box the motion remote was also missing. We gave the complaint to Croma and gave them calls several times but we didn’t get the result .
After so many calls they said that on Monday they are closed on Tuesday they will look after it. But we did not get the positive result, so we went to Croma Centre, after discussion they gave us the motion remote from the display set and took the pen drive from us to be loaded with movies, but till date we didn’t get the remote from LG nor any satisfactory answer from LG and Croma Centre.
LG AND CROMA are a standard and a reputed companies but don’t you think this is a case of harassment and pathetic service. Nobody is concern for customer pain after pay more them Rs.77000/- and chasing my product like bagger.
All the concern is requested to look into this matter and give the reply for the same. Also punish to concern person.

complaint about laptop I have bought a laptop from Croma showroom of Delhi Cannaught place on 9th january 2011. At that time i was told that the laptop had one year warranty wef the purchasing date but after 6-7 months when i began to face the problems of battery and CD/wr so I went to the service centre on 28-oct-2011 where I came to know that the warranty was valid upto 18th nov 2011. As well as the ink of the given bill from croma service centre is so cheap that it is being lighter so the service center is not ready to provide us the benefits of warranty.
So I want to acknowledge you that these type of showrooms sell the outdated laptop to customers, I am one of the victim of Croma showrooms. They have not provided me my duplicate bill of laptop by which I can avail the benefits of warranty period...
