recently purchased an optiplex 990-- six weeks ago
- Talked to sales rep - asked 3 separate questions about the graphics card
Does it have a dual port output? yes he said -- Are they VGA or Digital or both? He said both. Are they ATI compatible? He said yes.-- It arrived with a single graphics port- Called immediately. They said they would fix it. Six weeks later no resolution. six weeks of phone calls. Asked the customer service supervisor-- Do you want me to return and lose a ten year customer rather than fix this? She said that would be fine. So now I get to waste days of setting up all the programs and disk directories-- again. Good bye dell-- Good machines but now have the worst customer service in the industry. Maybe going the way of Compaq?????
