had bought a HCL Beanstalk PC in 2006 with 3year warranty. Now i had problems with my problem. My complaint regarding monitor problem was registered on 29th June 2009. After 1 week when I called them up again and again, someone came to visit and said that TFT has problem and it will be replaced. I kept on enquiring regularly. 3-4 after that some person from HCL called me saying that they are trying their best, and will get it done soon. A week later again they said that they will replace it soon. After 1 week(25th July-Saturday), they said that TFT is ready they will send it to me on Monday, but nothing is done so far, today is 29th July and I dont think they are doing anything, just making a big fool of me, 1 month gone nothing done, I donot have a working computer, all my work is pending, thanks to HCL. Please help me out.

Pathetic Services by a World Known Brand (???) all are basterds there. Behaving like a state govt office. NO RESPONSIBLITY . Guys DO NOT buy HCL products. Nothing is GOOD. All are worst. I tried Their TFT screen. Once it is damage (in warrenty period) just throw it to the road. They never come to fixt it. Even their Customer Care people are very much irresponsible. They Like FUCKING insted of doing their job....... HCL sucks

I have a HCL Beanstalk (S.no. 3074AQ411522) which is under warranty as i
extended the same for another 2 yrs. and it is valid upto 28-07-10. My
warranty extention Pack No. is 607DEX. I actually bought a TFT 19" wide
which got some problem and hence needed to be exchanged but officials from
Anchal Computers,Laxmi Nagar have replaced it with a stand by TFT. HCL
officials told me that my original TFT cannot be repaired and it needs to be
replaced. Its been more than two months and still we have not received our
TFT yet.

Further there is some problem with the memory of the machine. An alert
message always appears whenever i try to shut down the system. The sanpshot
has been attached here with.Kindly go through it to reach the problem.

Further mouse is also not working for so many days.

I have been complaining about all these things to the company but they are
not doing anything against these complaints. They keep on giving another
complaint nos but dont act upon any of them. If my TFT is not repairable
then kindly provide me with a new 19" TFT of HCL.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
