Hello sir
I am HARISH AGARWAL from sriganganagar rajasthan India.
Sir I have placed a purchase order for the dell desktop with order no 840371619 dated 30st May 2011 with DELL INDIA PVT LTD, with the promise that it will be delivered to me on 10th june 2011
After repeated communication with the company they first gave me the estimated date of delivery before 15th june.
and again after 15th june they gave me date before 20th june. and now 25th june.
Sir i am a practicing chartered accountant.I think i have been cheated by the company. Even if now i receive my order i think it is the waste of money for me. Because of this delay i have sufferred mentaly as well as financially.
I am writting this mail to consumer court with the hope that it will accelerate my complain with the company so that i can receive the right amount of compensation along with my money with interest.
