I have purchased above HCL Desktop Computer vide sr. no. 3087AZ157618 on April 2008 with 3 year warranty. After one year its DVD writer is not working. I have call so many times on HCL Customer Care.

I have logged my first complaint on date 18-5-09 vide complaint no. 185090201
but no response from HCL.

After 10 days I again logged complaint on date 27-5-09 vide complaint no. 275090396
but again no response from HCL (no body come from HCL)

Again after 15 days I logged complaint on date 11-6-09 vide complaint no. 116090086
but no response from HCL till date.

I am feeling very harassed and depression due to this poor feedback from HCL.
And I feel cheating from HCL.

Please solve my problem.
