Respected Sir,

On 29th May, at 4 pm I inquired on rates of computers from Desh International
Systems 109 Bajaj House,97 Nehru place, new delhi-110019, and we agreed on the
rates. I told them to assemble the computers and we will pay the amount when we
reach Nehru Place in two hours. To which the person at the other end agreed.

However, at 6 pm when I with my boss (Mr Akbar Rezaei – Bureau Chief, IRIB) went to
their shop the computers were not ready. When we asked, the person at the counter
said that advance Rupees five thousand is required to assemble the computer,
however, they said that they will assemble the computer in half an hour. We paid the
advance.

But after two long hours the computer were not ready. At 8.30 pm the boss retired to
the car and ordered me to pay the money and bring the computers to the car. Since we
were already late and most of the shops were shut. After the computers were
assembled, I paid the amount and came with the computers. When we brought the
computer to office we found some discripancies in the bill. In one of our bills,
rate for 19 inch tft was equal to that of 22 inch (a difference of about Rs 3300/=),
and for 5oo GB harddisk he has charged the same as of 1Tetrabite (a difference of
about Rs 2300/=). Next morning when I informed him of these discripancies, and that
he should return Rs 5600/= to us. He started dilly dallying, and wanted that we
should bring the bill to him. He refused to give the money back even on the face to
these evidence.

We are attaching copy of these bill as an evidence for your kind perusal. I would
request you to kindly look in to the case and order refund of this amount and a
further fine on them so that they may not harass customers in future.
