    Unhappy complaint for hcl services

    Dear HCL, I, Shilpa, have purchased HCL laptop in the month of May' 2011 (serial no. 3111AE775302). Since then I am facing problems related to HCL services. I have been promised to give MCfee Subscription for one year and two year extended warranty for laptop. I have been following up for the same since last 5 months but there is no result. I had registered myself first time in the month of june but special promotion said that my serial no is not registered and again in the month of August they said to do the registration again. I did the same but now they are saying that I am not eligible for any scheme because I have done the registration in the month of aug. Even though I had sent all my document on time and they had received the same also. I am taking follow up again and again but no resolution is there. I am also facing problem related to HCL service center as the keyboard and speaker of my laptop is not working. They promised to resolve the same within 3 days but after calling they said that the same will be resolved in next 4-5 days.     Dear concern,

    I Khalid, log a complaint on 12th of this month and get complaint id i. e. 8400053566. I received a cal from hcl executive on 13th oct, he told that he'll come to me on 15th oct to resolve the problem, his mob. no. is 8445113702.
    Till today I don't get any solution from Hcl and the person does'nt respond again whenever i call him later.

    Kindly do something to resolve the problem and take corrective action, otherwise i'll mark a mail to Mr. Shiv Nadar directly.

    Default No Response form HCL Service Center regaring laptop in 1 month.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a HCL laptop(Serial no-4111AE817292) from Janakpuri Distric Center,New Delhi 6 months before.After 2 months laptop was not working properly. then i talked with customer care excutive,he told me within 24 hr engineer will contact you but one of your engineer Mr.Hitesh(Mob-9212553573)who is working at Dwarka Sec-7 Service station came to my home after 20 days dated on 3rd Sep 2011 to take my laptop to service station and he told me he will return laptop within 7 days.

    My Complain ID no. is 8400035105.

    After completing 7 days i have regularly talk on customer care no. regarding laptop delivery date , they always gave me a new delivery date but they were failed to fulfill the commitment.

    After that i have approached to HCL service station,Dwarka Sec-7,New Delhi.I have asked about my laptop,they always told me to sit in customers area and after waiting 1/2 hr again i have asked then they told me they were not able to collect any information from head service station(Green Park,New Delhi).Same thing happened with me minimum 6 times.After that i realize that they were just trying to waste my time.

    Then i got Mr.Harish's(Manager-laptop Service) mobile no.(9871770974) from Dwarka sec-7 service station.I talk to him,he commited me to deliver my laptop within 2 days but it was also failed.After that day he stopped to attend my call.

    Today,i have again called him atleast 20 times but i have not get any response.

    I have purchased this laptop with the suggestion of my friend but experiencing such a worst service from HCL,I will not suggest any one to purchase HCL computer.

    Today i have decided to go consumer court to file a complain against HCL tomorrow but i think to mail you first.

    I have very much mentally and financially suffered due to bad service provided by HCL.

    I hope you can understand my problem.I request to help me and please take a serious action against such a irresponsible person of ur company.

    Please give a response mail ASAP.

    Default hcl 2 year extended warranty

    i am alok rai
    i bought a hcl laptop on 12-jun-2011 with the offer of 2 years extended warranty and 3 year macfee antivirus .
    when i asked custumer care they told me send all scan document regarding to extended warranty document on hcl email id .
    i have sent it more than thrice but they are not responding

    My laptop webcam has disturped so i went to it in your servicecenter in Ahmedabad .he replied me it will replaced after two weeks but now he says me that he sent mail to company for replace webcam but now tow weeks go he is not repair my web cam when now it is in warranty period.so please help me out for this kind of stuff.

    I want to lodge a complaint to CNBC Awaaz Pehredar, against HCL Company. In this connection, it is submitted that i had given my laptop under warranty to HCL Service Centre Karnal. But he is making excuse that the spare part is not available. I talk to there executive in HLC Office. The telephone no of HCL officeis 1860-1800-425. My complaint no is 8400055714.     Question Additional warranty of two years on my HCL PC-reg.

    Dear Exe.
    I have purchased HCL PC bearing M/C Sl. NO: 4113AC151436, Product Code: AC2V0119 with Product Description: EZEEBEE L A330 TRU on 14.07.2011 from EXEL INTERNATIONAL, RANCHI with 12 months warranty, but assured two years additional warranty from the company. As required by the company I have sent xerox customer copy, bard code (original), xerox copy of Bill issued by the seller and registration paper on 30.08.2011 by dtdc blue courier services to Special Promotion Cell (FSL Division), HCL Infosystem, E-4,5,6 Sector-11, NOIDA (UP)- 201301. Till date I haven't received any confirmation about my letter. Pl. inform me about the action taken in this regard.

    Post complaint for not receiving the replacement pecies

    I am gaurav tanwer I have purchased HCL computer-S.no.7087AZ008093 & the complaint no is (8400044287)
    The PC was registered with name SEEMA TANWAR. Mr Hitesh ,the engineer of your HCL inosystems ltd checked the problem and observes the problem in [MBD 431&1 GB RAM] & he picked for replacement .
    HE attended the call on 23-9-2011 but the problem not rectified .please take action urgently

    mene indore ki shop se hcl system liya jiska mrp 19000/ rupees ban raha he par dealer ne mere se 21200/ rupees liya
