    As you mentioned above, we suggest you to contact the customer care and registered a complaint they will provide you a complaint no.(unique no.) and time frame, Wait for their response and revert back with complaint no. & the status of your complaint.

    Hope this may solve your problem.

    Default V-set not working since two days

    Hi,

    I am having share trade terminal of M/s Moti Lal Oswal Securities Ltd. at Agra. My V-set was shifted from my old premises to a new premises on 18.7.2010. On Monday your rep. was to come and verify its working but he did not come and the V-set started working at about 2 p.m. Then again on Friday the V-set started giving problem and complaint was lodged with Mr. Harish but no action was taken.
    On Monday it was a total break down and my terminal could not open. Again it was reported to Mr. Sanju and Mr. Harish at about 9.05 a.m. Mr. Harish told me due to upgradation the V-set will start functioning by 9.30 a.m. but it did not start up.
    Thereafter I called several times to Mr. Harish till 11.30 a.m. but no result and then he told me to contact Mr. Sanjay who will be directed to see the problem. I called up Mr. Sanjay after a passage of about 45 minutes but he replied very rudely that "YOUR REQUEST LIES WITH ME BUT ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO ATTEND SO URGENTLY."
    My V-set Id is 8593.
    He came at about 2 p.m. and struggled for FOUR hours without getting desired results and then he told me that the V-set has to be shifted because of some interference being faced.
    In this connection I have to draw your kind attentiopn to the following :-
    1. If there was this problem of interference then how come Mr. Sanjay come to know in four hours time?
    2. In four hours my V-set was dismantled and fixed at new place then how come it could not be rectified in that much of time?
    3. This being a share trading terminal why PRIORITY could not be accorded in sending the concerned person?
    4. The problem could not be set right yesterday then WHY NOT Mr. SANJU COULD COME AND ATTEND TO THE FAULT IN THE MORNING. TILL NOW NO ONE HAS COME TO ATTEND TO THE PROBLEM AND MY TERMINAL IS CLOSED TODAY ALSO. Mr. Harish has told me that Mr. Sanjay will be coming after 3.30 p.m. to settle the problem.
    5. IS THIS THE WAY HCL GIVES SERVICE TO THE CLIENTS?

    I, therefore, desire AN IMMEDIATE ACTION TO SETTLE THE ISSUE from your end so that my terminal is not closed tomorrow also as I am facing a lot of ANGUISH OF MY CLIENTS.

    Hi,

    My name is Deepika Arora.
    I have seen an advertisement in times ascent regarding the openings in hclinfosystems.
    I have mailed my resume for the post of developer but yet not received any reply.
    I have called 5 times on the no 0120-2520977, but they are just transfering the call to one department to the other.
    This kind of response from HCL people was very unexpected and absurd.

    I just need some information and nobody is ready to give that information. If anyone can help me out regarding the opening for developer then just mail me at deepika.arora1911@gmail.com

    Default regrading problem in working of laptop

    hi,
    my name is surabhi.
    i have problem in working of my hcl laptop that i had bought in jan 2008.
    earlier the lcd was showing problem , i got it repair twice in 2 months only.now when i switch on the power button to start my laptop it does not get started on pushing the start button once.although all the buttons blink up which means that power supply is there .then i forcefully push the start button to turn off it.then again i swithch on the power button then it starts working.
    I want to know why doesn't it starts at once.
    plz reply to my ques at once.

    I (Ranjan Sharma) purchased the LAPTOP HCL ME 38 Series bearing Serial no: A093A1154418 through Mr.Ankit Patni, ESO sales, HCL NOIDA. In the month of November 2009
    As it was not getting Power ON, on my complaint Mr.Jasjeet from HCL had taken the issue to resolve on 25-11-2009. I handed over the LAPTOP to Mr. Jasjeet vide receipt No.218750 after a couple of days its been intimated me that the Motherboard has to be changed. I received the LAPTOP after changing The Motherboard on 1/12/2009 vide receipt No. 212315.
    After a couple of Days I found that No functional key is working except alphanumeric keys. I called Mr. Jasjeet to resolve the issue. He could able to resolve the issue at the earliest.
    Again after two weeks I want to use Bluetooth for the first time in My LAPTOP but it is not working. Again I complained to the service center ,The issue was resolved wide receipt number 226420 on 30/01/2010.
    I shifted to Hyderabad on my office Job in the month of February, In the Month of March. Again i faced the problem with Bluetooth connection, early heat up, Loose Screen, Low battery back up . I complained again but i could not able to get proper response from Hyderabad service center. I called back to NOIDA, after a couple of days Mr. Subheesh from HCL had visited vide receipt No. 974158 on 10/03/2010. He could able to resolve only Bluetooth issue for the rest other problems advised that these are common issues in this series no need to worry.
    But after a couple of Months I could realised that they are not common issues they are the major issues since the LAPTOP is getting Hanged and shutdown without my intervention.
    Again i called to customer care they advised me to visit HCL service Center Begum pet Hyderabad.
    As per their advice , i visited to Begumpet, Hyderabad services centre on 19/08/2010,The HCL engineer Mr. Dilip has checked the Laptop and told to submit, it will take one day to repair. i went to collect my laptop on 28/08/2010 i checked the laptop but it was not getting powered ON then HCL engineer told some cable may be issue it will take one or two more days to rectify i left my laptop in service centre. Again i went to collect laptop on 26/08/2010 The HCL Engineer Mr. Rustum told me that my laptop is having some motherboard problem and has to be replaced and it will take more time to resolve this issue.
    2. After having the experience with HCL, Iam regret to tell you that a customer purchased a new LAPTOP from HCL has to roam in and around the service centres to rectify the problem associated with that LAPTOP. Within a year I faced Mother boards problem twice and Bluetooth problem twice and all other bugs. But still it is suffering from BUGS, due to this iam unable to finish my other works which i suffered due your system failure.
    After all this iam getting a doubt that i might be sold with a C grade LAPTOP.

    Please find me a good solution as i already mailed to hcl but till now no reverts as their statndard time to revert is 48 hrs..

    Hello Sir. I m Ankur Kataria JEN-I in Rajathan Vidhut Parsaran Niga, Ltd. AEN-II C&M TCC-IX Near Azad Cinema Sri Ganga Nagar(Rajasthan) . Sir we logged a complaint on 27th july n ur ateendent Mr. Vijit Came on 17 Aug. 2010 ANd he said some problem in mother board & he took away that motherboard for replace.Then he came on 28 th aug. & say earthing is not proper so i cant fix motherboard. & you will cal me on monday after proper earthing.But when we called then he said motherboard is not proper size & we have no any motherboard of this model.
    Sir its complaint since last one ANd half month.
    Can you replace our mother board very soon?

    Angry hcl service center cheater

    sir.
    i am amit sanga,gave my hcl laptop to the hcl service center last month on date 2-8-10 to repair my TFT screen with my adopter having serial no.a419034c10191800xt,and now my laptop is fine but they have changed my half part of the adopter(plug)when i went to the service center, they gave me other plug(half part) and my laptop is not charging now tell me what should i do?the name of the service center is servochhaya computers (dhanbad)jharkhand-826001,mob-9955709777.

    Default booting system is not properly functioning.

    Please refer telly conversation with Mr. Bhattarcharjee of date, the following computers are not functioning since July 2010. the details of computers and defects are as follows.

    1) Computer serial No. - 9093A1092640, Model No. - infiniti pro-BL-1280
    Make HCL

    30 Defects- Boot System is not functioning in both the computers.

    I BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM HCL DEALER ON 26/05/2008.THE LAPTOP SERIAL NUMBER IS 9074AX096081 AND THE PRODUCT CODE IS AXO2115.DURING THE PAST TWO YEARS I USED THE LAPTOP VERY RARELY.IT WAS SO HAPPENED THAT THE POWER WAS NOT ON WHEN IT IS SWITCHED.I CONTACTED THE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLL FREE NUMBER AND THEY GAVE ME THE ADDRESS OF SERVICE CENTER AT CHENNAI.I HANDED OVER THE LAPTOP FOR SERVICE VIDE SERVICE REPORT NO.10032 dt 24/09/2010. THE SERVICE ENGINEER CALLED UP AND TOLD ME THAT THE MOTHER BOARD IS NOT WORKING AND THE COST WILL BE VERY HIGH.INSTEAD OF THAT YOU CAN GO FOR NEW LAPTOP.THE SERVICE CENTER COLLECTED Rs.827/-VIDE Rt.NO.802-10 3202106 dt.24/09/2010.THE LAPTOP IS WASTE AND IT IS GOING TO BE IDLE.I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY INSTRUCT ONE OF YOUR DEALER TO EXCHANGE AT THE MAXIMUM OFFER AND REPLACE A NEW ONE.THE USAGE OF LAPTOP DURING THE

    Hello sir,
    i purchase desktop pc from your branch who in nakodar chowk, opp. Lovely autos in jalandhar city .
    I purchase the pc in 13 oct 2009. When we purchase the pc then your branch seller said some gift with this pc & also he said these gift are came at home by courier. After 4 month we go in shop to tell the gift will not reach. Then he tell as you are so late . Then decide i call i ask to seller give me the company phone number then he said "we have no number" what is this ? We feel very bad .
    I am not satisfied with your service. Pls take some strick action about my complaint.
