I Md. Farooque azam, HOD dept. of economics, Allama Iqbal College biharsharif , Nalanda- purchased a HCL leaptop model no.P2837,S.No.9084 Ax 120229,from Kavya Infotech Pvt.Ltd.104 Harniwas complex- Dakbunglow Road –Patna on 26-11-2008.I am very sorry to say that the impression of your product, not only in my opinion but many friends also having very bad. From the beginning, the battery backup is so poor that it is impossible to carry my work after one hour. From the last five months(approx) the backup of my laptop is so poor that it could not carry my work after 20 minutes(although backup shows full) which is really a big question mark on your products ??CD rider has replaced one time with in 8 months.
So, I request you to please improve your product, look into the matter and solve my problem.

Non Reciept of the Gift

Sir/Madam I have purchased a HCL Leaptop vide machine Number A094AX145084 on 30th Dec'09 and the same has been registered at your site on the same day but still now i am not in reciept of the free gift items. So, I request you to kindly intimate the present progress at the earliest.

Sir/Madam,
I have written several letters and informed through e-mail to HCL support service and to the dealer M/s MRV Infotech for processing the free gift offer since 25th December 2009 but heard nothing so far. Even with an SMS message I got a dumb Service Request No. 21480 of no meaning. The MRV Infotech gave me a fake dispatch no. of DTDC (VO262/450/dated 12/2/2010) which I confirmed with the local DTDC Office at Port Blair.
My complaint about the inherent problem of low audio output of the laptop also remained unattended with the plea that it is just like that! What a lame excuse of befooling customers!!! I have been handling desktops and laptops for more than 15 years and never heard of such foolish plea after purchase of a system.
I realise that I have been thoroughly swindled by the Company and the Dealer and want legal redressal.
Please help. My machine serial no. 9094AX116078 HCL Touch ME Laptop.

I purchased my laptop from a dealer who had registered my laptop in the name of someone else and had taken the advantage of gift package.

I reguest you to please verify and canel that dublicate registration and take the neccecary action and register it in the name of mine.I hope you will take care of my problem and 'll take the neccsary action.

Myself Ashish chandan a HCL laptop user.I have purchase my laoptop on 11/06/2009.
It is in warrenty period in my laptop their is a charging problem when laptop is running it not get charge and when i shutdown the laptop it starts gets charging and it gets too hot so early.So pls reply me what can i do.
