I Have a HCL ME ICON 1015 laptop serial number 4111AE802630

I have installed windows 7 64 bit on my system and I am freaking frustrated with your support website .

I am unable to download VGA drivers for my laptop........ On your site you have put win 32 bit drivers in the name of win 64 drivers...................... And now my computer resolution is annoying me to the point that I just want to throw it away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update your website ..........or else close the Freaking company !

I had purchased a HCL desktop with 3 year warranty from Modern Computer, from Nalbari Town . Later on i noticed that my HCL CPU giving problem oftenly when i turn on my PC. It was Not turn on , i have called them around 50 times and evry time they just forward my request but no status i got till date. They are just trying to tentalize me. Mr. harvinder (CCE) had given me the number of service provider , sir please take some necessary action to sort out my problem.

i have purchase the HCL Tablet on 26.07.2012. but when i reach at my home i check the adapter is not working, then i have gone in hcl service center. but they says the adapter is not in warranty. now today my tablet lcd is not working properly, today i have gone again in service center. they have change my tablet, but the new tablet is second hand piece........ the tablet is also repaired, and the tablet is working slow and back of the tablet is very warm.....

please receive my complaint and sort out my complaint.. my old complaint no is 307120190. i am very disagree with hcl product.........plz help...

I have complain so many times. But no one get proper response and solution till now. Its one of the worst service provided by you. My complain no. is 8500677562 and another complain no. is 8500762275. Kindly give proper resolution as soon as possible. other wise I make complain in consumer forum for mental harrasment and delaying in service. I am waiting for your response. I have mail and call so many times but problem still not resolved. I have contacted to local service centre which no. is9771494388(Dev Jyoti) and told him my complain no. but told it is not valid no. it is not shown in his record. so give me proper response otherwise I ma going make RTI Fine.

As my name S.Ranganatha Rao and i bought my laptop at Softech computers at Sagar,Karnataka as my laptop was given to service for the replacement of display the company assured me 2 days of service but it has extended for 20 days and now the company staff are not responding me and they are not returning my laptop so i need your help in solving my problem

HCL store se sampark kiya to unhone mera keyboard bhi apne pas manga ka rakh liya. hcl care wale kahte ha ki humne complaind 05-09-2012 ko service centre forward kar di. service centre wale kahte ha ki hamare paas complaind nahi ayi ha.

i resquest to the forum that i have buy a HCL TAB Y2 tablet from baroda and then there comes some problem so i hand over my another mobile and try to contact with HCL service support on the box there was writen on the big blod letter TOLL FREE NO so i whant jastice because THAT NUMBER WAS NOT TOLL FREE NUMBER and my 50/-RS was gone because i was in quee...........
