I have booked complaint reg my desktop computer on 15th JAn with tkt no 1900178727 since then I have called HCL call centre at least 10 times every time they say engr will reach today but no engineer has come. Today it was height call centre told that my comaplint can not be attened for another 4-5 days because the servcie centre is telling like that. If you ask any call centre agent to get connected to floor manager or supervisior std answer comes at apresent no one available pl call after some time.

I feel I have wasted my money by taking extended warranty.
