Dear Sir,
I had purchased a LG desktop on 21/04/2009. It came with comprehensive warranty for 1 year and limited service warranty for next 2 years. Since, last few days, the CPU is not accepting power and hence not working. I suspect that the problem is in power cable (I am just guessing). I have stored many important documents in hard disk and hence, can not access them since the CPU is sealed by the company for warranty purposes. If I break the seal to remove hard disk then my warranty will finish and if I dont open it, I can not work.
I have filed complaint with LG customer care ref. no. RNA 101222008281 dated 22/12/2010 and they supposed to reply me via phone within 2 hours and even till today they did not reply. I called their central desk nos., and local service provider in Pune several times to get to know when will they inspect my CPU. I got no comprehensive reply from them always.
Now, I dont know when will they reply or inspect my PC. But I have to work on some crucial files for a scheduled meeting on 04/01/2011 with my client based in Switzerland. If I break the seal of the PC then my warranty will void for next remaining period, that I understand. But, is it possible to go to the consumer court for not providing services within the time, which eventually took me to financial and service guarrantee losses?
Kindly, guide me further steps. I am thankful for your support.

Thank you,
