Hi,

I purchased the HCL Desktop in Feb'10 from Croma Showroom(M2K) Branch , Delhi, Rohini-110085.

The day I purchased the HCL Desktop, ideally they should provide me with genuine Microsoft Windows. However, they didn't provide the same. I have logged the complaint regarding this through email but I didn't get any revert yet and till now I faced many problems regarding the same.
Also, I got the pop up that it might get corrupted soon.
I tried to contact HCL many times but I got the same reply "No Answer"

Kindly help me regarding the same.
I would be thankful to you and would be expecting your response asap.
