My name is Sunil and I have purchased the new computer processor 2.0 dual core and rest of the parts for desktop from the Taran Computers at Lamninton road. All the parts he has assembled at his shop. I have taken that desktop to my house. At my house that desktop was not properly working. So, I went back to the retailer and told him about the problem. He change the processor with the old one i.e. 2.8 GHZ normal processor and told me that I have placed new fresh processor of 2.8 dual core into this and now onwards it will work fine. After few months it started troubling me and the desktop is not working properly. On 14/06/090 I went back to the retailer and told him about the problem, now he is saying that pay me Rs.2000 and I will replace your processor.
Please help me sir.
