Dear Sir,

I am venkateswara rao,i bought a new HCL pc 10months ago and now i am facing a problem.The problem is that,the process is stopping in the middle and next the monitor is switching off ,only the fan is running.i thought it is the problem with the operating system and i ham trying to remove the operating system but it is not being installed with the same problem of monitor switching off and so..this problem i have been facing for 2 months.so i request you to help me in the way you can.
