Dear sir/madam,
I purchased an HCL desktop machine (Sl. No.4107AC138012) on 12/08/2010 from Great Eastern, 41C, N.S.C. Bose Road, Kolkata-40 (Bill No.TG/CM/02564/10-11) which was installed by your engineer on the same date. After few days I realized that your monitor (Sl.No. 443101607523) was faulty and in this regard I locked a call on 04/09/2010 (Ticket No. 1900043262). Then your engineer visited my residence on 06/09/2010 and did nothing due to some documental problem. Then I locked another call on 07/09/2010 (Ticket No. 1900044329) and in response your engineer received my new monitor on 10/09/2010 and told that the problem would not be rectified here. After two days on 12/09/2010 he came back and gave me an old monitor (sl. no.7095BG019585) telling that your monitor is non-serviceable. I contacted your local executive in this regard, initially he denied to give me new monitor however, I purchased a brand new your so-called renowned HCL desktop even less than a month back (on that day) but after gaving my introduction as an Officer Central Govt, he immediately told that the old monitor had been sent as stand by. In this regard a brief e-mail dated 12/09/2010 at mail ID hcltouch.reg@hcl.in had also be sent by me but nothing has happened so far. Can you please tell me how many days I have to bear with this old monitor (which is also not working properly) with new machine? And the reason of unavailability of stock (as told by your local executive) is shameful for a company like HCL.
