dear sir/madam,
i purchased one HCL desktop computer on dt.17/12/2009 vide S.No. A097AC053876, Order No.400285763, Delivery NO. 800097253/00170825 dt.17.12.2009 thr. S.K.Computer, Delhi.
Now computer's Lan Port not working, so i complaint given on customer care no. 18601800425 dt.03.09.2010, they given complaint no. 1900045956 and told me within 48 Hrs. engineer visit your door. after 96 Hrs.(7th Sept) engineer comes and they told me Lan port fault, so mother board to be replaced and they gone. then after 7th to till date daily complaint given to customer care no. and they told me "saturday will be come, then next day told me monday will be come, then told me wednesday will be come & now told me on dt.20th Sept. friday will be come, so now i am very upsat from HCL dept, our tolaly work on online, so our work held up due to HCL Dept.
