    Default Dell Computers Poor after sales service

    I Purchased one Dell XPS M1530 Laptop Computer in February 2008,
    After some time I started getting problem with its Blue tooth, nor could I
    connect any external Bluetooth dongle, since it was giving "No available Com
    port, free some COM Ports to connect" warnings.

    I was not able to correct the problem so I tried to contact Dell service, and I
    find it impossible to connect to them. Somehow if I do get connected, they put
    me on hold, or connect me to their Malaysia counterpart, who give you a recorded
    message and keep you waiting for hours.

    The ultimate result is that my problem is not resolved, for last two months and
    I am cursing my life "why I had to buy a dell computer."

    My Service Tag is " 43WCT1S ", and Express service code is 8942873104.

    I would very much appreciate comments from you all, about this and what you all
    think about being a customer of Dell. Would you ever care to buy a Dell
    Computer????

    My experience is similar. I was directed to some Bindcu who is never in her seat
    and I get a recorded message requesting to send a message to her and she will
    revert soon. Many messages and telephones later, I am still waiting to hear from
    them. Anyone who has the contact details of their customer care in the US?? I
    could find a lead from their website.

    On Dell machines, there is an application in system tray called 'Dell Support
    Centre' from where you can escalate the issue by chatting live. It happened once
    with me and I was quite impressed by response.
    Many a times, it helps to google out the answer if one is a bit technically
    oriented.

    Dear Sir,
    I am in a medicinal profession. Since 10 days, I am facing much inconvenience due to the Battery charger which does not work and nobody turns up to see the problem after lodging the complain.Please make it aware to each of your customer that, your after sales service is very poor before they go for a Dell purchase. So, they will think twice before they decide to purchase a Dell.

    Unhappy Very bad service

    I have supplied 13 dell computer one of the govet. hospital , unfortunately 10 machine mother board has failing with in an year . I consult with a dell engineer with this issue , he said this is a common issue on this particular model, exactly problem is in the processor . I hate this pc and the call registration processing.
