I Purchased one Dell XPS M1530 Laptop Computer in February 2008,
After some time I started getting problem with its Blue tooth, nor could I
connect any external Bluetooth dongle, since it was giving "No available Com
port, free some COM Ports to connect" warnings.
I was not able to correct the problem so I tried to contact Dell service, and I
find it impossible to connect to them. Somehow if I do get connected, they put
me on hold, or connect me to their Malaysia counterpart, who give you a recorded
message and keep you waiting for hours.
The ultimate result is that my problem is not resolved, for last two months and
I am cursing my life "why I had to buy a dell computer."

I would very much appreciate comments from you all, about this and what you all
think about being a customer of Dell. Would you ever care to buy a Dell
Computer????
