some people coming to our village to sell nova net pc.
they told us that they give us branded pc at just rs 8000 only.
they give us at this cost

later after months we see that rs 175 is added to our bsnl landline bill for this computer.

this pc is very much different from other pc's
as it doesn't contain operating system , but the seller told us that it contains window xp.
we ask seller for internal hardisk but they cheat us and give externel hardisk and told us that we can install operating system in external hardisk but it is not done.
now they takes their word back and tell that they cant do any thing in that.

when i went for purchasing novatium pc i asked dealer about window.
he told me that you will get windows xp installed in it.
and they give me pc without internal HDD and takes 500 rs extra and gives external hdd and they didnot told me that windows is not installed on external HDD.
when i asked them to change HDD, they excuses again and again, and didnot find solution to my problem
