Mentioned below emails self explanatory.
We have purchased 7 New desktops (warranty Card Inclosed) in March 2008 for a small
cybercafe.
My friends told me that don't go for HCL Destop becuase there computer are not good
and there aftersales service are very very bad. But I trust that HCL is an Indian
Company and might be good . But I am Wornggggggggggggggggggggg.
There is always some problems in all desktop but they are managable becuse HCL engg.
never visit on time and no one pick the call in customer center and also you can see
through email that they also not able to gave answer through mail.
Right now bussines are going through very bad period and during this period no one
here in HCL .
My 2 desktops down since 1 month and once HCL engg. visted on 8th Jan 2009 after
that they only telling wait 2 days .
But till date there 2 days never came.
Due to this we have already losing money every days.
Please go through my problem and give me suggestion what I have to do?
I want to returne by money back of all computer.
