dear sir/ madam,
I have had a very poor service from HCL infoystems. i purchased an extended warranty pack from hcl and henceforth i deeply regret it.
I registerd a complaint with them on 30th nov 2009. I was assured that a service person shall visit me within 2 days. but i recieved the service personnel on 5th dec ie 6 days later and that too after desperate calls to the call centre<it should also be noted tat the nos provided on their service sheets are not valid>
after the visit the serviceman took my motherboard out and left assuring me that it shall be replaced within 5 days. I HAD TO REPEATEDLY CALL HCL FOR 4 WEEKS AND MY MOTHERBOARD WAS REPLACED AFTER A MONTH but still my problems had not ended THE MOTHERBOARD REPLACED WAS FAULTY AND I AM SUFFERING SINCE THE PAST 2 MONTHS. I AM ALSO A HEART PATIENT AND AM CONSTANTLY SUFFERING FROM MENTAL TENSION BECAUSE oF THIS FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.
I want to warn all people against HCL infosystems and request the consumer court to suggest what action should take...
