i configured a dell desktop system on their website and they sent a confirmation to me with a price quote, simultaneously one advantage computers from guwahati emailed me and asked for the further process, i sent them my willingness of purchasing one system of dell then these advantage computers (dell sales partner in guwahati) sent me the price i have to pay to dell after including other charges on the basis of rate quoted by dell in their quotation on internet, i prepared a bank draft in the name of dell india pvt. Ltd. Banglore and sent it to advantage computers, after some time when i received my dell system i found that wrong operating system was installed on the system ( i ordered for windows 7 home premium but dell has provided the windows 7 home basic ) since the i am contacting dell customer service but they are not listening to me and keep me shuttling from one to other department of dell, i am going through great agony.
