I have a desktop as well as a laptop , both from HCL. The products are definitely good but my experience with their service is very pathetic. Their sercice centre people are never serious about their responsibilities. This is my experience for the last four years . The phone calls are normally not responded to before 10.15 A.M( their official time is 10.00 A.m)and after 5.00 P.M.( official time not known). Once registered , problems are not attended immediately in 50% of cases. Example: I registered a complaint( 04C090020) on 12.12.09 and till today ( 17.12.09 morning 10.30 A.M) nobody bothered even to contact me. I contacted service manager Mr. Velmurugan day before yesterday , yesterday as well as today but he has not taken any step to repair my desktop. In fact today he told me it is raining and if I could arrange a car for his technician .My business is getting hampered as most of my details are stored in my desktop hard disk.All these are happening inspite of me paying in advance for service ( AMC).
WILL SOMEBODY RESPONSIBLE IN HCL LOOK INTO THIS REPEATED AND RECURRING PROBLEM OF POOR AFTERSALE SERVICE?
