DELL SALES PEOPLE DO NOT PICK THE PHONE
DELL CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT RESPOND DELL DOES NOT GIVE ANY REPLY TO CUTOMERS
DELL NOT SERIOUS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

I have ordered for the desktop pc to Dell company against their quotation for the same given by their sales person with total configurations send by them, I paid them 100% advance, first of all the delivery took more than three weeks and to top it all the PC sent by them was without any operating system, actually they sent the DOS system, and after giving them the regular calls to their customer cell, they send the operating system by accepting their mistake.
But as the system was suppose to come along with lot of configurations and multimeadias, anti virus, sound card, etc. which was not their in it, and even after regular calling and mailing we did not got any response from their side.
please do the needful!
