I need some guidance pertaining to my case. I had purchased an assembled desktop PC from a local dealer in Solapur. It's been seven months now. All these months the PC worked fine except a few minor virus issues which I solved by myself. Since last couple of days it has stopped booting normally and restarts continuousely. My dealer proposed me to buy an AntiVirus which I did despite having a couple of successfully runing AVs on my machine but for no use. The problem still persists. I have been following him for the assistance on fixing this problem but he's been rudely avoiding my concern since he has nothing to sell to me now. This is critical to me because I depend of my PC to earn my livelihood. I need to know what can be done to solve this issue since he is not responding to my calls. I am convinced that it was my mistake to go for some unprofessional and cheap dealer in town rather going for a branded PC. I wish to either get this problem solved or return this piece of trash and get as much money back as possible. Kindly suggest me on this.
