As per email statement i drop cheque no. 492886 of ICICI bank on 10.06.2010, cheque is received by you & same message is recived on my mobile but unfortunatly today after received email statement of my a/c no. i surprise that cheque is reverse by you on 14.06.2010. Why this happen ? Please reply me otherwise credited my cheque in my account.

i have received an sms from TM ICICI BANK DT 4/07/10, TIME 08.25,
stating that my credit card is dispatched trough vide SIGMAMUMBAI AWB NO 23067171969,
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME,
oon inquireing with sigma,they could not tell me the reason,
please look into this,

I have received a sms stating that june bill payment is not yet received at your end. But please note that a cheque no.577549 dt.02/07/2010 for Rs.2500/- drawn on veerashaiva co-op bankhas been already dropped at vijayanagar(bangalore) branch as usual before due date as on 02/07/2010 along with one more cheque for loan account for Rs.9000/-. The loan cheque of Rs.9000/- has already been cleared as per my bank pass book entry.Please verify the loan account 9401 2701 0928 7008 to this effect. If you want another cheque for payment then I have to give stop payment letter to my co-operatvive bank. This is the genuine case and please do not levy penalty. Thanking you, MANI KRISHNAMOORTHY.

sir, i am visa card holder of ICICI Bank no. 4629864052279017. I have forgotten my 3D secure pin. so I request to send the same immediately to my mobile.. so that I can make another password. As & when I tried for new password I am getting teh message of Already registered. so pl. reset at your end imemdiately to make another one.

Hi!
I had closed my credit card account by converting the remaing balance to 12 equal monthly installments.
I have been paying regularly since Feb 2010. As told to my by executive that my EMI would start from feb 2010.
I have been paying the amount since then. Even being regular in paying installments i receive letter conveying that minimum amount due is more than a single months installments. This is consecutive third letter i received form ICICI.
I am fed up of their calculations and reading the above complaints of other customers I feel that this bank is literally robbing us.
Please do tell us what can be done in such situations and give a good answer to these Banks

I have been asking for a settlemnet for my Credit Card account No 4477468141281001 since the past 1 and a half years. I have been following up with you bank and they have always promised to make the settelemnt and on the pretext never send me a settlement letter however I hade made a payment of 12,000/- in the month of march that is 05/03/2010 agains the settlement and as I got dealyed in paying the remaining amount in time my settlement amount was increaded as I was unable the make the payment. I made a payment in the month of June 2010 of Rs 2000 as I visited your Office at Bhandarkar road , Pune , Maharashtra and met Mr. Vibhor Kapoor who promised a settlement of 18,000/- agains which i made a payment of this 2000. Rs. I spoken with Mr Vibhor Kapoor I was to break my Fixed deposit and make the payment and i was to inform him as soon as i did that and i informed him and he was to send the settlement letter which I never received from him. I then again on 9th July a payment of 2500/- which was promised by the executive will be deducted by the sellement amount. I visited Mr Kapoor and Mr Mishra on the 24-07-2010 who also sits in your Bhandrkar Road office and there they increased my settelment amount to 20,000/-!!!! what shound I call this ... harressment and extorsion of money.... However, on this agreement these two Gentelmen promised to send me a Settlement letter on 26-07-2010 monday and still have not received the letter and Mr Kapoor tells me the last date to make the payment is 31-07-2010, with out a Settlement letter? this is Haressment SIr..

To also inform you that I am a missionay since 2008 and with out a job since and that is the reason for this settlement and i will not be able to make payment, Inspite of telling this to your Company and not been given consideratin and only extorted money.

I kindly ask you to look into this matter immediately as i am leaving for the mission on 31st of July and get back to me. this has created a very bad impression of your company.. giving very sensitive advertisments ( TV)about your company will not do , learn to practice it as well.

I have not received the statement for the month of June & July 2010 , I am unable to pay the amount.
I went to credit card section at Patiala office. They refused to give me the statement. They asked me to go to Courier agency and locate your statement. They refused to give me address & Phone no. of Courier .and said it is none of their business to issue the statement. I serched for courier agency but found that there is no courier in this name . I lost one day of my life.

I shall put up the mater of deficiency in service at Pune. at National institiute of Bank Management while disclosure of defeciency in services of ICICI Bank before the senior executives of all banks in August 2010 while explaining my experience of life with ICICI bank

a krishna kumar id na.krishnakumar@yahoo.com cardnumber 4477 4702 0450 4006 I have not received my statement for the past 6 months i have contacted the phone bank officer on so many occasion. i have using the card from the year 2004 i have never defaulted any payment , my last month statement generated on 15.7.2010 reflectts an exorbitant interest claim ofRs1785.94 besides latepayment feeRs400,cheque return charges Rs250,service charges on various head ,All those facts came my notice through online verification.I have paid my last month outstandingRS17048 through chque.due oversight of my bank balance for not considering collection of my another cheque my banker had return my cheque .they have taken appology in this reagrd.the same was explained by me when i was contactedby your bank collection centre.based on my explation they request remittance of cheque amount .Ihave remittedRS17050 on 21.7.2010.though after remittence iwas shocked toseen my ststement reflects above claim of charges,which are against RBI rule.Irequest your good office pleased consider reversal of all those charges at once to avoid strange relationship with your bank,If it is not posible kindly close my credit card account at once
