i have cleared my overdue on 14.04.2010 against my credit card no 4477 4735 4408 9001 and 9401 2701 9551 0008

I want to state that i am a bonafide customer of icici credit card for a long time and i always pay my dues on or before the due date which you pepole can verify from my past details but i was shocked to see my current statement which shows rs 441.2 as late payment charges and rs112.65 as intrest plus rs.11.60 as service tax.It is not a matter of rs.565.45 but when i had paid more than my total outstanding and that too without getting my physical statement why was i levied these charges ?my card no.is 4477468251933011.

AFTER GIVING COMPLIANT ALSO THEY HAD RELEASED THE MONEY TO MERCHANTS AND MERCHANTS NOT TOOK ANY ADDRESS,CONTACT No FROM THAT CUSTOMER AND WITHOUT CHECKING THE SIGNATURE HE HAD SWIPED THE CARD.
NOW THE BANK IS TELLING THE CASE IS RESOLVED IN BANKS FAVOUR NOW YOU PAY THAT MONEY LIKE THAT AND EVERYDAY THEY WERE HARRASING ME.
SIR I HAVE NOT DONE THESE TRNSACTIONS WITHOUT DOING HOW CAN I PAY.

Dear sir,
I am Gopalan Rangarajan, I am holding two ICICI credit cards the nos. I have mentioned below. One is Platinum and another is Titanium card. With reference to the issue of payment made for the same ticket through two different ICICI credit cards, Qatar Airways has confirmed from their end that payment for the ticket booked on 08/04/2010 for Rs. 34,475 has made from only ICICI Platinum card no. 4629 8640 1953 2003 with the booking reference no.[YEWP6T080410].
The payment made from ICICI Titanium card no. 5239 5112 2250 5008 is "Void Approved" - Denied, with reference no. YDCJHD080410 on 08/04/2010.
Kindly check at your end and do the needful as early as possible .

its very clear from my side i have not done those transactions i will not pay , check out my payment history then you will come to know what type of customer i am.
Whatever the action you want to take you can take.
Please try to understand the situation ask your investigative executives i went to the merchant shops with them only , we didnt get any info about the purchaser . After blocking my card also then why did you released the money to the merchants.
Why you have not checked my signature , if i give a cheque if any mistake is in that cheque do you accept that ? No na then on that charge slip my signature is not at all there then why do you accepted that.
On what basis you are putting all the fault on me you are also responsible for these things , whatever the action you want to take you can take.

Dear Sir,
I was having a corporate gold card of ICICI Bank since Jul 2007 and till now I have been paying my dues regularly (Even they were Minimum amount payments).
But since last few months I am facing serious financial crisis resulting in irregularities in payments.
Here is my experience with ICICI Customer Care and Recovery Agents, both:
On failing in making payments for consecutive two months in (Nov 09, and Dec 09) one of ICICI executives called me (ICICI employees not recovery agents) and offered for a "Smart Pay Offer" according to which If I pay a TAD amount of 15% of total outstanding then they will convert my balance due into EMIs and will also block my card permanently.
They decided the due date for that TAD amount as 3rd Jan 2010 and upon failing in making payment by that date this offer will not be applicable and I need to make the payments again at normal rate of interest.
This offer seemed good to me and I asked them to send a letter for this offer and after receiving the letter I will pay the TAD amount and ICICI guys confirmed it.
After this, I have waited for this letter to come but I did not receive this letter till 11th Jan 2010 (The Issuance date on letter was 05/01/10 2 days after TAD due date). Just after receiving the letter I contacted ICICI Bank customer care to confirm if the offer will be valid if I make the payment now and they totally denied and said that offer was valid till 03/01/10 and did not turned up even after I told them the letter has been issued after TAD due date and reached to me very late.
After two months (and getting frustrated by day night calls from recovery guys) I borrowed some money from a local provider and made a payment of 6K for this card (To keep recovery agents away as they were calling me day night with a lot of torture going on).
Two days after making the payment I thought to recharge my cell phone online using credit card’s internet banking service, so logged-in into the website to make the payment and I got a message saying "This service is not available, Please try after some time" and it keeps on repeating even after 24 hours so thought to give a call to ICICI Customer Care center. I was shocked when I came to know that my card has been permanently blocked because I availed the "Smart Pay Offer". I requested them to either unblock my card or convert my dues into EMIs as per the Smart Pay Offer, but they shown a very rude behavior and did not entertain any of the requests.
Then again I was on the same platform as before the "Smart Pay Offer" with the difference my card is permanently blocked this time. Once again I missed the payments and outstanding started soaring and again recovery agents were back in business with their Mumbaiya tone and in Theth Haryanvi.
After getting frustrated I thought to settle all this and started communication with ICICI Customer Care for settlement.
I started with level 1 (Talked to some Rashmi) and then Level 2 (Email) (Talked to Sathish Rayudu Customer Service manager ICICI Bank Limited) and gone through Level 3(Email) (Talked to Shiva Shankar) but everybody is just keeps on repeating the same thing:
"We understand your concern.
However, we reiterate that confirmation given by the collection department will be final and settlement is not possible on the card account.
We request you to make the complete payment of Rs. 58,812.13 towards the card account to avoid further charges.

Now again the same recovery agents have started their harassment and do not hesitate in calling on my number, and my brother's number any time (Day or night) with their very obscene wordings.
Now, Requesting someone to help me (as I tried everything and even writing to ICICI customer also did not work) please in coming out of this. I have 30K and want a settlement now.
