    Default credit card icici bank



    I am a credit card holder from last 5 yrs. Due icici bank delays one payment in the 5 yr period was delayed.
    Result : 10 phone calls for the next month to pay. ammount delayed 15600 Rs
    cheque immediately dropped for the ammount not encashed.
    confirmed reciept of cheque, call again for payment on the ugadi festival at 3 pm
    ammount paid personally siting at bank and issueing another cheque, looked at my account and seen the ammount passed. again reminder in the mobile 4 times.
    Declined payment of Rs 370 for all this and when i call customer care a simple sorry.
    I donot think ICICI credit card div is capable of handling this business, except charging hefty interests for non payment and harrasing people with unwanted telephones.
    I have even gone to the extent of taking them to court but no use with them.
    Simple thing to do: THROW THE CREDIT CARD TO DUSTBIN , AND USE CARDS WHICH ARE CAPABLE OF HANDLING.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I am a Doctor by Profession. I am working in a Medical College for the last 8 years.

    For last one week, some Ms. Pooja and Urvashi from Ahmedabad are calling me and my husband from phone no: 079-66075226 and talk in a very bad manner.

    They are asking for Rs. 7000. We and even they don't know for what they are asking? Can you help us to get rid of this kind of unwanted calls and people? Kindly help us to solve this issue.

    I a senir citizen and sombody did fraud on my ICICI bank credit card online. These online transaction happened on 27th January 2010 and immediately after the first transaction I received an SMS on my mobile from ICICI credit card messaging system. Since this transction was not done by me so I instantly reported this to customer care. I also requested them to close this card from immediate effect. While talking to the customer care I received 2 more SMS messages on my mobile for 2 more transaction done online, which also I reported at the same time.

    I like to tell you that I had never requested for online banking password from the bank and I don't have any knowledge how this has been used in the transactions. I would like to also confirm that I have no relation with the vendors to whom these transactions have been done. I had mentioned this in the past correspondence with customer care but it seems it is not considered at all. I have also made a report to local Police station for this fraud.

    This is request for help into this matter and I am now getting disturbing calls from recovery department for payments for recovery.

    Question credit card pin no.

    I am using icici credit card for the past 1 year but still now i am not receiving pin number of the card. So send the pin number at the earliest

    Question credit card statement enquiry 4477 4684 4118 8005

    Dear Sir,
    I brought matter for your kind attention that unwarnted and illegal wrong debit of more than Rs. 549 charges as late fee and interest on so called delay in payment i.e only due to delay in clearing of my cheque by your bank and alkso due to delay in issue of my credit card statement of feb, 2010 in IInd week of March 2010. It is also brought to your notice that due to frquently change in last date of payment in every morth statement by your credit card division put customer in embrassing postion to remenber the actual date of payment.
    In view of position as explained it is requested to reverse the penalty imposed on your valuable customer that is to without any fault and who has never delay his payment intentionally in his past record. In case your goodself is helpless than I here by offered to withdraw my credit card member ship immidiately as a protest.

    Default SMS from ICICI bank for not recieving the payment due for card

    I have deposited the payment due for the ICICI Credit card No.4xxxx0006 of Rs 4604/- vide cheque No. 004100 dated 08/04/2010 of Union Bank of India at your ATM centre at East Street ,Camp,Pune.I forgot to write the name and tele No. on the reverse of the cheque dropped .Make necessary note in your records please.

    Dear Sir,

    I have recieved sms in january regarding the late of bill December 2009 for the late fee and interest, that it will be reversed in the february 2010 bill, so that ii didnot paid the late of december 2009,but it was again added in january 2010 bill and againt put in april 2010 bill, why?

    Sir it was outstanding of late fee of december bill and it was reveresed then again and again there is no need to add late fee and interest on rs.400/- and three time late fee imposed on me.

    Sir once starting late fee reversed by your company, then there is no need toto put late fees oustanding amoun of rs.1200/-. So please revert the my outstanding amount Rs.1277/-

    If you go my last three years statement, till now i have paid bill amount on time without any late, so once again i am requesting you please reverse the amount immediately, as your employees or not ready to give me fax number. for the future correspondence.

    Default Shreedhar V. Shanbhag cmplaint about ICICI Bank for not closing my Credit Card

    Dear Sir;

    I have a credit card from ICICI bank having credit card no. 4477 4670 2200 2007 having total outstanding of around 49000 on date 12/04/2010 which came up due to financial charges, Late Fees, Interest, Penalty got call from recovery agency named vaishnavi associates having telephone number +91 2230554100 some Riyaz Khan called and started with abusive language also calling my home and doing the same with my mother who is senior citizen and said to settle the account by paying 15340 in cash after confirming the amount with ICICI Bank by 16th April 2010 or he will do some goondagiri, the said amount Rs. 15,340 was paid in cash on 16/04/2010 with receipt and assurance to give the full and final settlement latter from ICICI BANK in 2-3 hours, but nobody turned up then on 17/04/2010 kept on calling the collection company and their mobile numbers nobody answered nor called back.

    Then on 17/04/2010, 18.45 that riyaz called back and said to pay further Rs. 7,000 by 25/04/2010 as the Chennai office declined the settlement.

    I am not going to pay any single rupee in this regard as this is cheating from the recovery agency who represents ICICI bank hence I would request you to help me settle the account on the payment i.e. 15,340 already paid and procure the No claim balance letter from ICICI Bank.

    For an esteemed bank like ICICI this will tarnish their image in the market. And also action should be taken against the recovery agency and specifically that Riyaz Khan for doing the goonda giri and abusive language on the phone.with me and my mother you can check the call logger recording of date 12/04/2010 or 13/04/2010 as a proof.
