I, credit card holder of ICICI Bank wanted to register my complaint as my payment was debited without the transaction being processed through phone banking. But the response I was getting was the executive was busy and to call back again. Nearly 4-5 times I called today i.e.1.12.2011.
No response from customer care phone banking.

Requested to look into the matter on priority.

I am not receiving credit card statement regularly, thereby depriving me of having first hand information on my credit card transactions. I also apprehend that the messages received by me on my mobile are always distarting in the sense the message never takes credits given by me by way of cheques to the account while furnishing the available balance etc.

May I seek that I should have first hand information about my ICICI Bank transactions every week to my e mail address vijendra.navarathna@g mail.com regularly so that I am convinced that there are no hidden transactions/charges raised by ICICI Bank on my credit card account. I am writing this because since almost 15-20 days I have made payment of Rs.22,000/- to my credit card but the messages show alarming outstanding amounts which I am not in a position to understand.

Kindly respond early.

My credit card OTP is not being operational due to security reasons. Kindly activate tha same.

I was credit card holder of ICICI bank having CC no 5176 5335 8903 2009 which was valid upto December 2009. During Dec 2008, I had negociated with the bank agent Shri Sachin, Raipur branch (Mobile No 09993527234) for foreclosing of my CC a/c for which the bank agreed. Accordingly, I had paid Rs 16000/- towards full and final settlement of my cc a/c vide receipt no C 0908-6611342 dated 2.12.2008 (Collecting agency-Sri Balaji,collectors name -Shri Manish). Shri Sachin had assured me providing NOC for this settlement. Many times, I contacted Shri Sachin for NOC. Every time he said he will provide the same at the earliest. Further, the monthly statement were also stopped coming on my address after this settlement. Meantime, I have been shifted to Mumbai.

During Dec 2011, my husband opened joint a/c no023101000713. On 2.01.2012, it has been observed that, my a/c balance has been reduced by Rs 10000/- After inquiring from the bank, it was told that Rs 10000/- has been reduced against my credit card recovery. Is it not illogical to do such act after 03 years of foreclosing the CC a/c. Since from January 2009, I have not received any amount due statement from the bank till date neither I received any other correspondance from the bank regarding amount due in CC and suddenly after 03 years Bank recovered amount without giving any notice or intimation to me or my husband. It means that the man who had assured me of foreclosed of my CC a/c had made fraud with me. As a banker,it was his duty to provide me NOC immediately after receipt of final settlement amount for which I was waiting.

Shall I consider that ICICI Bank tries to deceive their customers with the help of their employee/agents in such a way. Also, Was ICICI bank waiting for me to open the a/c so as to make recovery against CC in future at any date. Sir, I am very much hurt and frusteted with this unexpected act by the bank. I had foreclosed my cc a/c and as such, I am not payable to bank against CC since 03 Dec 2008. I therefore request you to please look in to the matter and revert the amount of Rs 10000/- into my account within next 24 hours. Otherwise, I have to take action against the bank as well as the employees/officers/agents of the bank tried to deceive me in this complete case.

I was holding the Credit Card of ICICI Bank (Credit Card No. 5177XXXXXXXX5003) . This was surrendered by me on 28/06/2010. Vide making the payments of Rs. 8182/- Cheque No. 460607 of HDFC Bank. I had destroyed that card and deposit that card and Cheque in ICICI Bank SEC. 14 drop box in enolep . After that no transition is made my be on that card and Bank also stop making my BSNL and LIC Policy premium. On 20/12/2011 Bank had make payment to BSNL with out my approval and send me the bill for making the payment " IMMEDIATE" . After One and Half year how they and started my card and make the payment to BSNL. The Bill is also showing that no transaction is made between 14/07/2010 to 20/12/2011. But the BSNL bill is come every month but the bank is not making any payment to them. why the bank make payment after One and Half year ?????


I am not Liable to make this payment to ICICI Bank.

I am Mahesh Kumar.I have booked ticket from some travels site by using the ICICI debit card(4181 5702 1215 9219). ICICI gateway asked 3d secure pin.So i have created new Pin. At that i have entered almost all details like Card Number, Valid From , ATM Pin number etx. That site is not used Virtual Keybord in any place. so i want to block or reset my 3d secure pin. I have tried ICICI customer care but i could not reset 3d secure pin.

Sir my name is vivek Sharma from ajmer city. actually the problem is one of the icici bank customer take credit card in 2006-07 his name is Mr. Moti singh and i don't know how much payment is due because i am not any concern. but from last one month icici bank credit card department called me for recovery but i want to know one thing that i don't have credit card in my records from where they take my number. what icici bank said that he is my friend but i knowing this person from last 2 years just because i sold him my car.Mr. Moti singh is not my friend but Icici bank department called me regularly And i am very much frosted please look into this matter otherwise i will take legal action against icici bank credit card department. i am not any concern about this matter. Sir please your immediate action will be appreciable and also a good for my career. i don't want to spoil my reputation in my market which i maintain from last long of years. I dont know how Icici bank issuing credit cards without knowing the person. please you should check the matter.

The above mentioned credit card has been blocked way back in July 2010 (with no dues) ...Yet I am being charged late fees interest etc. How can u charge me on a card that has already been blocked

I would like to birng to your kind notice that somebody from your group ICICI Lomabard insurance instructed to debit my account for the premium and the same is continuing in my statement. My wife Smt. Padmavathy Rajagopalan has contacted your ICICI Bank and she contacted your ICICI Lombard office at Nungmbakkam. One of the executives helped and cancelled all the policy and stop further payment. Understand from him, somebody has given instructions like this and they were terminated also. In this connection, I would like to request you to reverse the payment debited to my card exclusively ofr ICICI lombard premium. For your information, I am the regular payer of all the dues in time.
